DOUBLE KEEPS THE WINNERS FLOWING - 16 December 2009
Nickel Silver and Snow Bay were both succesful at Southwell to make it five winners in a week for Hambleton House.
Nickel Silver was simply far too quick for his rivals over 5 furlongs, making ll for a comfortable 3/4 length success under Tom Eaves for owner Martin Barber. This was the grey's fifth win of the year.
In the next race, Snow Bay had to dig deep to fight off his challengers. Ridden by Greg Fairley, he galloped all the way to the line to record victory by a neck.
This made it 5 wins, 5 seconds and 3 thirds in 7 days showing what fine form the Hambleton House team is currently in.
